W. Radford Lovett, II // Chairman
Mr. Lovett is the Chairman of TowerCom Enterprises. Mr. Lovett was a founder and managing partner of the venture capital firm, Lovett, Miller. He has served as a director of over 20 private companies, and currently serves on the board of directors of one public and five private companies. Mr. Lovett is also the President of Southcoast Capital Corporation, a Jacksonville-based holding company that invests in private companies, public companies and real estate. In addition, Mr. Lovett formerly served as a member of the Board of Trustees for the University of North Florida and also served as President of the Foundation Board and Co-Chairman of the University of North Florida’s Capital Campaign. He is also a former Chairman of the Youth Crisis Center and the Jacksonville Jaguars Honor Rows Program. Mr. Lovett graduated from Harvard College and lives in Atlantic Beach, Florida.
David Olson // DIRECTOR
Mr. Olson is the Director of TowerCom Enterprises. Mr. Olson is an accomplished entrepreneur, with extensive experience managing finance and operational business performance .Mr. Olson was a founder and CFO of Align Networks, leading that business from $0 to $600m of revenue over a 10 year period. Mr. Olson has been a senior executive, board member or advisor to companies in a number of business sectors, including health care, enterprise software, transportation, consumer services, business outsourcing and infrastructure. Mr. Olson graduated from Washington and Lee University and lives in Jacksonville Beach, Florida.
George W. Davis // CEO & Managing Partner
George Davis is a seasoned professional in the wireless tower industry, bringing over 28 years of expertise in all aspects of tower development and portfolio management.
He joined TowerCom in July 2003, where he took charge of the Gulf Coast operations and tower portfolio. Operating out of New Orleans, George played a pivotal role in marketing, leasing, managing, and developing the portfolio, leading to a successful exit in 2007. More recently, George oversaw the Gulf Coast, Florida, and Carolinas markets for TowerCom before transitioning to COO in 2024 and ultimately CEO in 2025. His experience spans across all key areas of wireless infrastructure, including site acquisition, zoning, development, construction, MLA negotiation, site operations, mergers and acquisitions, as well as leasing and management.
Before his tenure at TowerCom, George held several leadership positions at SBA. He began in 1999 as the Territory Manager for SBA’s Louisiana market, which eventually expanded to include Mississippi and Arkansas. Under his leadership, the region grew from just 10 towers to more than 500, driven by Build-to-Suit (BTS) contracts, strategic development, and mergers/acquisitions. Prior to his work in Louisiana, George managed large BTS and site acquisition projects for Sprint PCS and Bellsouth Mobility DCS (AT&T) across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia.
George holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban and Regional Planning from East Carolina University and resided in Raleigh, North Carolina.

MATT RICHARD // CFO
Matt Richard was appointed to CFO of TowerCom in April 2025 following an 18-year career in Accounting and Corporate Finance. He joined TowerCom in 2020 as the Corporate Controller.
Prior to joining the Company, Matt had years of progressive experience in accounting, reporting, and financial transactions in various publicly traded and privately held businesses in the automotive, energy and real estate industries.
Prior to that, Matt worked as an auditor at Plante & Moran in Southfield, MI, serving the automotive, real estate and construction industries.
Raised in Michigan, Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master of Science degree in Accounting, both from Michigan State University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Chip Bulloch // Senior Vice President - EAST & Managing Partner
Chip Bulloch has over 20 years experience in the development, marketing and sale of several hundred wireless tower sites. A native to Atlanta, Mr. Bulloch formed a partnership with TowerCom in 2010 and currently serves in the role of Senior Vice President over the GA, TN, and KY markets.
Prior to his current role with TowerCom Chip was part Owner and Managing Partner for Prime Tower, LLC and Vision Tower. Prime & Vision successfully funded and owned build-to-suit sites throughout the Southeast for Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint. These sites were developed from site acquisition through construction and operations. Mr. Bulloch was instrumental in both marketing and lease negotiation contributing to the growth and increased value to these established sites. In November of 2007, Prime & Vision were sold as part of a combined 100 tower asset acquisition to OptaSite totaling $68 million dollars.
Mr. Bulloch previously worked as a consultant to TowerCom in 1999, where he negotiated Master Lease Agreements for several major carriers. In 1998, Mr. Bulloch formed Preferred Sites, LLC which provided extensive consulting and site acquisition services to major carriers and tower companies in the Southeast.
Chip Bulloch began his career in wireless in 1992 as a Site Acquisition Specialist for Bellsouth Mobility out of Kentucky. His strong negotiation skills lead to the execution of over 200 ground leases throughout the SC, NC, GA, OK, and CA markets.

JOHN STEVENS // Vice President-west
John Stevens brings over 29 years of experience within the wireless infrastructure business to TowerCom. As Vice President - West, Mr. Stevens is responsible for new tower development, leasing, and operations for TowerCom’s West Area.
Prior to joining TowerCom, Mr. Stevens held a variety of roles within wireless carrier organizations, wireless infrastructure companies, and deployment services provider organizations involving various aspects of infrastructure deployment and management including turnkey network planning & deployment, macro tower portfolio management, site acquisition & contract negotiations, business development, and product/service strategy.
Additionally, Mr. Stevens is the founding President and a current Director on the Board of the AZ Wireless Association. John has been involved with the AZWA since its inception and is a proud supporter of the AZWA's goals and vision for the future. He is very passionate about helping to create the best possible platform for wireless industry professionals to come together to network and make a difference through charitable giving.

Robin Clement // Market Manager, Carolinas & Tennessee
Robin Clement serves as the Market Manager for North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee at TowerCom Enterprises, where she oversees all phases of wireless infrastructure development—from site acquisition and leasing to zoning, permitting, and construction. Since joining TowerCom in 2020, Robin has played a key role in delivering mission-critical tower projects that support national carriers like Verizon Wireless, At&t and T-Mobile.
Robin began her career in wireless through retail sales, spending four years total between AT&T and Verizon. That frontline experience gave her firsthand insight into carrier operations, customer needs, and network demands. This knowledge that continues to inform her infrastructure work today. She then transitioned into commercial construction, managing restaurant and self-storage developments for five years before finding her stride in telecom development.
Raised on a 40-acre farm in North Carolina, Robin brings a no-nonsense work ethic and boots-on-the-ground grit to everything she does whether she’s attending construction site visits or navigating zoning hearings. Her ability to lead diverse teams, drive timelines, and align stakeholders has earned her a reputation as a results-driven leader who knows how to deliver.
Robin earned her PMP certification in 2020 and uses that foundation to streamline execution, mentor up-and-coming talent, and ensure accountability from start to finish. She also serves as the Raleigh Representative for the Women’s Wireless Leadership Forum (WWLF), where she advocates for women’s advancement and representation across the wireless industry.
Jessica Ross // Market Manager, Florida
Building on her ten year career in the wireless industry, Jessica Ross joined TowerCom in 2023 to manage and represent TowerCom’s interests in Florida. Jessica’s responsibilities at TowerCom include business development, marketing, new tower development, tower leasing, and operations for TowerCom’s portfolio in Florida.
Prior to joining TowerCom, Jessica played a vital role in launching the Miami Market for Boost Mobile (DISH Wireless). During her tenure at Boost Mobile, Jessica managed all pre-construction efforts leading up to the build out and maintained post-launch entitlements. In the greenfield ORAN Boost environment, Jessica supported the market as a lead negotiator with a specific expertise in rooftop builds.
Jessica began her wireless career in 2014 at SBA where she drove her career trajectory upwards by earning progressively responsible roles. Jessica started in the new builds department working on Build-to-Suit (BTS) projects for Verizon which led to a role that included managing all operations functions associated with site acquisition, site development, and relocation projects. During her tenure at SBA Jessica also developed an expertise for and eventually oversaw the financial modeling for all new tower build opportunities.
Born and raised in south Florida, Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Florida and a Master of Science in Economics from Florida Atlantic University.
DWIGHT MCWILLIAMS // DIRECTOR of Site Operations and Maintenance
Mr. McWilliams has served in leading roles within the telecommunications industry for the past 35 years. He began his career at TowerCom in 2023 where he currently serves as TowerCom’s Director of Site Operations and Maintenance. He is responsible for site operations and tower maintenance across TowerCom‘s national portfolio consisting of approximately 500 towers.
Prior to joining TowerCom he spent the previous 10 years at Crown Castle in the Operations department where he managed all aspects of tower site operations and maintenance. He oversaw carrier construction, site inspections, lighting as well as site repairs and vendor services. This experience allowed him to develop invaluable skills that define his career.
Additionally, Mr. McWilliams has 25 years of experience in the wireless provider industry in positions including Field Engineer, RF Engineer and Technical Manager. During this time, he served at some of the largest wireless providers in the industry including Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Ericsson and two national paging companies, Skytel and Mobilecomm.
Dwight is also a veteran of the United States Armed Forces where he received extensive training in telecommunications and served in two wartime deployments.

BRYCE TAYLOR // CORPORATE CONTROLLER
Bryce was appointed to Corporate Controller of TowerCom in April 2025. He joined TowerCom in 2021 as a Senior Accountant and was most recently the Accounting Manager.
Prior to joining TowerCom, Bryce had accounting experience in both publicly traded and privately held businesses in the logistics and medical device industries in the Jacksonville area.
Raised in Jacksonville, Bryce holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University as well as a Masters of Business Administration from University of North Florida.
