W. Radford Lovett, II // Chairman

Mr. Lovett is the Chairman of TowerCom Enterprises.  Mr. Lovett was a founder and managing partner of the venture capital firm.  Lovett, Miller.  He has served as a director of over 20 private companies, and currently serves on the board of directors of one public and five private companies. Mr. Lovett is also the President of Southcoast Capital Corporation, a Jacksonville-based holding company that invests in private companies, public companies and real estate.  In addition, Mr. Lovett formerly served as a member of the Board of Trustees for the University of North Florida and also served as President of the Foundation Board and Co-Chairman of the University of North Florida’s Capital Campaign.  He is also a former Chairman of the Youth Crisis Center and the Jacksonville Jaguars Honor Rows Program.  Mr. Lovett graduated from Harvard College and lives in Atlantic Beach, Florida.

David Olson // EVP

Mr. Olson is the Executive Vice President of TowerCom Enterprises.Mr. Olson is an accomplished entrepreneur, with extensive experience managing finance and operational business performance .Mr. Olson was a founder and CFO of Align Networks, leading that business from $0 to $600m of revenue over a 10 year period. Mr. Olson has been a senior executive, board member or advisor to companies in a number of business sectors, including health care, enterprise software, transportation, consumer services, business outsourcing and infrastructure. Mr. Olson graduated from Washington and Lee University and lives in Jacksonville Beach, Florida.

George W. Davis // Senior Vice President & Managing Partner

George Davis is a veteran of the tower business with over 20 years of experience. Mr. Davis joined TowerCom in July 2003 to oversee their Gulf Coast operations and tower portfolio. Based out of New Orleans, Mr. Davis aggressively marketed, leased, managed and developed the portfolio to a successful sale in 2007. Currently, Mr. Davis runs the Florida, Gulf Coast and Carolinas Markets for TowerCom. Based in Durham, NC he is responsible for advancement of all aspects of the business. George has extensive experience in all facets of wireless infrastructure development including site acquisition, zoning, site development, construction, leasing and site management. Mr. Davis is very active with the State Wireless Association Programs (SWAP) in his regions and previously served as President of the LA/MS chapter.

Prior to TowerCom, Mr. Davis held a variety of managerial roles at SBA.  In 1999 he started and served as Territory Manager for SBA’s Louisiana market which eventually grew to include Arkansas. Under his leadership, the region grew from just 10 to over 500 towers through a combination of new development and mergers and acquisitions. Before moving to Louisiana, George ran several large Build-to-Suit (BTS) and site acquisition projects for Sprint PCS and Bellsouth Mobility DCS (AT&T) in North Carolina and Georgia.

Mr. Davis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban and Regional Planning from East Carolina University.

Chip Bulloch // Senior Vice President & Managing Partner

Chip Bulloch has over 20 years experience in the development, marketing  and sale of several hundred wireless tower sites.  A native to Atlanta, Mr. Bulloch formed a partnership with TowerCom in 2010 and currently serves in the role of Senior Vice President over the GA, TN, and KY markets.

Prior to his current role with TowerCom Chip was part Owner and Managing Partner for Prime Tower, LLC and Vision Tower.  Prime & Vision successfully funded and owned build-to-suit sites throughout the Southeast for Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint. These sites were developed from site acquisition through construction and operations.  Mr. Bulloch was instrumental in both marketing and lease negotiation contributing to the growth and increased value to these established sites.  In November of 2007, Prime & Vision were sold as part of a combined 100 tower asset acquisition to OptaSite totaling $68 million dollars.

 Mr. Bulloch previously worked as a consultant to TowerCom in 1999, where he negotiated Master Lease Agreements for several major carriers.  In 1998, Mr. Bulloch formed Preferred Sites, LLC which provided extensive consulting and site acquisition services to major carriers and tower companies in the Southeast.

Chip Bulloch began his career in wireless in 1992 as a Site Acquisition Specialist for Bellsouth Mobility out of Kentucky. His strong negotiation skills lead to the execution of over 200 ground leases throughout the SC, NC, GA, OK, and CA markets.

James M. (Jamie) Beeghley, Sr. // Vice President- Mid-Atlantic

As Vice President, Jamie Beeghley brings more than 30 years of successful sales, marketing and management experience to TowerCom. Jamie currently oversees TowerCom’s business development efforts in TN, KY, VA, MD, BAWA, OH, WV and PA.

Previously Mr. Beeghley served for 7 years in various business development related capacities at Pegasus Tower Co. Jamie helped to grow Pegasus into a Top-10 US Tower Co. (RCR). At Pegasus Jamie served as National Site Sales Director and as Division Manager for TN, KY, OH, PA, prior to his advancement to VP of Business Development for the Western US. While in that role he procured new site opportunities and was responsible for building and leasing in Dallas, Las Vegas and Los Angeles for AT&T, Clearwire, and MetroPCS.

Mr. Beeghley also has over 20 years of senior management experience in communications media positions including television, radio and magazines in small, medium and large markets including Los Angeles and the San Francisco DMA's.

Jamie is a graduate of the University of Virginia where he earned his BA Degree in Theatre and has been honored by the Rotary Club of Midland Texas as a Paul Harris Fellow.

Rick Hunt // Vice President- Midwest

Rick Hunt joins TowerCom with over 25 years of Sales, Marketing and Management experience.  Rick started his career in Telecommunications in 1996 with Hemphill Corporation as Vice President of Sales and Marketing.  He has been involved with every aspect of tower development including tower manufacturing, and has been responsible for site acquisition, leases, zoning, construction and tower operations. With responsibility for nationwide development of tower sites, Rick has developed relationships across the country and completed numerous build outs for every major carrier.  In 2007 he was heavily responsible for collocation adds and the original new site builds for a 100 tower asset sale totaling over $68 Million.

Rick transferred his skills to the plastics industry for several years, excelling as a Territory Manager for a global leader in chemicals and plastics distribution and earning national accreditation before returning to telecommunications.

He has been active with many of the State Wireless Association Programs (SWAP) and was involved with the FCC Wireless Committee.  Having a deep background in all aspects of the business has allowed him to be successful in creating unique and creative solutions for the carriers to bring sites to development and completion.

John Moody // Vice President-South Florida

John Moody is a well-rounded individual in all aspects of tower development, with over 17 years of industry experience.   John’s current role with TowerCom is that of Managing Director for South Florida.  Having lived in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale for 15 of those years working in telecom, he brings the specific market knowledge to navigate the sometimes difficult waters of tower development in South Florida.   He is versed in all disciples of the field: leasing, zoning, and construction management.   He moved to Ft. Lauderdale in 1999 to act as the site acquisition lead in the South Florida market for Nextel Communications as a consultant with Young & Associates.  Branching out with his own consulting company in 2003, he has worked with all the major carriers and most of the site acquisition turf vendors covering South Florida, including T-Mobile, Metro PCS, AT&T Wireless, and Sprint.   His first position in telecom was as the Zoning Manager with WFI for a SunCom (AT&T affiliate) launch in Memphis, TN.  He then worked as an associate with Lewellen and Frasier in Little Rock, AR, representing Powertel doing curative title work in a 400+ tower sale to Crown Castle just prior to moving to Ft. Lauderdale.   John joins us after having recently worked in both the Build-To-Suit and Services divisions of GTP and American Tower.

Originally from Tyler, Texas, where he was a high school All-American swimmer, he has an undergraduate degree in Economics and Art History from Washington and Lee University and a law degree from the University of Mississippi.    He was a federal judicial law clerk to the chief judge of the Western District of Tennessee prior to his career in telecommunications.

Mark D. Naftal // Vice President- Southwest

Mark Naftal has been in the wireless industry for 19 years having provided Engineering and Build to Suit Services to all of the leading wireless providers. Residing on the Central coast of California, Mark currently manages both business and site development in the CA, NV and AZ markets.

A native of California, Mark spent a large part of his career in the SE US where he founded an AE firm which grew to over 30 employees in 3 cities before being acquired by qServe Communications. Sitetech Services LLC, licensed and registered in over 20 states, provided AE services on approximately 2,500 sites. Additionally, Mark founded a Tower Build to Suit firm which provided full end-to-end development services on sites throughout Metro Atlanta, west and north Georgia. SiteLink Towers LLC was acquired by Spectrum Resources, a Veronis Suhler Media Fund Company.

Mark also spent several years as a lease valuation consultant - working with accountants, attorneys, REITS, municipalities and other landlords in valuing their tower leasehold interests.

Mark is a graduate of Southern Polytechnic State University where he earned a BS Mechanical Engineering degree, is a certified engineer and holds a Series 65 Investment Advisor license.
